I started Norvasc for hypertension and my readings became more consistent over time. I liked the once-daily routine and that it didn’t make me sleepy. I did get mild headaches early on, which improved after the first week. Later I noticed some puffiness in my feet, especially after long days. Good results, but worth monitoring swelling.

Norvasc worked well for my blood pressure and was easy to tolerate overall. I didn’t feel foggy or tired, which mattered for my job. The downside was ankle swelling and a heavier feeling in my legs. It improved when I adjusted habits, but it never fully disappeared. Effective medication, just not completely “invisible” physically.

Norvasc worked, but I didn’t love the side effects. My blood pressure improved, but my ankles swelled and my shoes felt tighter. I also felt warm and flushed sometimes in the first week. The medication did its job, but comfort wasn’t ideal for me. I ended up discussing options with my clinician.

Norvasc was effective for blood pressure, but it made my ankles swell. That side effect was the most noticeable and a bit frustrating. Other than that, it didn’t cause much fatigue or brain fog. I did have mild headaches early on, which faded. Effective medication, but swelling can be a real issue.

Norvasc helped stabilize my blood pressure and made my readings less unpredictable. It was easy to take once a day and didn’t affect my focus. I had mild flushing early and later developed some ankle swelling. The swelling wasn’t painful, but it was noticeable. Overall, it worked well for control, with swelling as the main trade-off.
